A bigger vase created from up-cycled glass material (a gin bottle acquired in a bar in Prague) and raw concrete (cement with stone). The front side has a smooth cement wall with only decent caverns and glass with stripes, to imply order given by human and calmness. The structure of the rear side is rather savage and reflects on turbulent energy and defiance of the earth. The top of the vase is completely raw like a newly formed landscape that is yet waiting to be formed by the time. The vase is initialed by the author for being an individual original.

Can be filled with water with no leaks. Looks wonderful in interior or exterior. Single and unique article created and hand made and signed directly by the artist.

This vase weights 10 kg.

Size (height x width x depth): 44 x 20 x 8,5 cm, vase mouth 3,5 cm wide

Prasklo design was selected by curators for the prestigious exhibition TRENDS 2020 at the Ambiente design Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, among few other designers to be design trend forecast for 2020.

Prasklo is a brand of art vases created by Prague artist Petra Svejdarova. Despite Prasklo has been collecting many positive responses from curators all over the world, it is not a commercial project. Petra is creating in her Prague studio. She sticks to artistic hand production of individual objects, not aiming for designing industrially produced goods. All vases are results of her fascination by the structure of glass which beauty can never be demeaned by disposing it; and its planting into a concrete pedestal.

Flowers not included.
